Children

At Prospect Community Church, we believe children are a vital part of the body of Christ. Our children’s ministry offers a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment where kids can grow in their relationship with Jesus and with one another. Here's what we offer throughout the year:

• Vacation Bible School (VBS)
  • Each summer, our church comes alive with excitement during Vacation Bible School! VBS is a weeklong adventure packed with engaging Bible lessons, lively music, crafts, games, and snacks—all centered around helping children discover God’s love and truth in unforgettable ways.
• Wednesday Night Activities
  • Midweek is a time for faith and fun! On Wednesday nights, children participate in age-appropriate Bible lessons, hands-on activities, and creative games that reinforce Christian values and Scripture in ways that are exciting and meaningful.
• Sunday School
  • Every Sunday morning, children are invited to take part in our Sunday School classes, where they learn foundational Bible stories and explore what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life. Caring teachers create a nurturing space for kids to ask questions, grow in faith, and build friendships.
• Children’s Choir & Singing
  • We love to hear the joyful noise of children praising God! Our children’s choir offers regular opportunities for kids to learn songs of faith and present them during worship services and special events throughout the year. It’s a fun way for them to express their love for Jesus through music.
